2 Bros Resources needed to build a compliance function to support growing IRA project work while keeping overhead low.

Problem

They expected significant staffing costs and complexity to track apprentice hours, maintain Davis Bacon compliance, handle DOL requirements, and manage state licensing. Manual processes were already consuming too much time.

Solution
